Most of what needs to be said about the Celinox being slightly off has been said. It's my favorite species hands down and it's just not quite right. I think another thing that might help it get away from that face looking so...canine?... would be to have the colored parts of the eyes fill more of the eye. Feline eyes don't show that much white, it makes it lose a lot of depth that should be there. The teeth sticking out where they do also say dog to me, cat teeth don't show at all unless they are flat out snarling, and this one isn't.

First, I'd like to say I like the Manchu. He looks so crazy, and, as someone mentioned, it reminds me of a werewolf howling at the moon or something xD Not a bad thing really. Just not for a Manchu.

For the Celinox... well I'm a Celinox fan, but this isn't one I'll be getting : As most people have said, it looks stiff, pot-bellied, like it lost, and not very big.

The Manchu is.... ok as far as manchu's go I think it's the second best, under the dark matter. The chest fur, that line across the middle, kind of makes it look like he was shaved and I don't really like not being able to see it's face.

As for the Celinox... well, I do say I'd have to agree with Demian on this one. My most wanted pet on this site has been the Bloodred Celinox since the day I joined. I was considering one for Sasuke, Octavious, or maybe for Xion. But with this one... well, I don't think I'll be making any of them one now. The pet over all is just to small. The rest of them are big, they fill up the whole frame. The bloodred seems to have shrunk back a bit and the over all result is just... awkward. :/ And now that I look the crystals are to far back. On the rest of the celinox they start up by the first spot on it's arm, or with the graveyard, on the second. The bloodreds start all the way back by the third one. But that doesn't bug me nearly as much as the over all result does:

The head needs to be lowered further and made bigger while the rest of the body just needs to have a smoother flow and not make the pet look like he's made of wood.

Anyways, this is just my opinion. ^^; The artist for the celinox species is still amazing

Well looking at the comments of he people I have to say that the "movement issue" of the Celinox seems pretty big, but on the other hand I think it looks great! Compare it to the OLD one...xD see? Now how does this one look? Fluid movement still an issue? xD

A bit late (dayish?) on a response to this... And possibly will not be favorable in my opinions

I feel that the art on the celinox is not up to the current standard for the newer work. It reminds me of something that I would have thought was good, or an improvement on something when I first joined (now nearing 3 years ago?). I think the concept of the creature is brilliant, but the execution of it is poor. While even if after fight, or fixing to fight, the stiff look to the body is unnatural, in my opinion, for either. As others have touched on, the celinox is usually more fluid or graceful, which should have been carried over. The stance does seem to be more canine, to me, anyways. There are several parts of this that seem off, say the crystals (even if being blades in this color), the stomach, the tail.

That's just my opinion, I actually do like the celinox species, and think that the art on Subeta is progressing to a stage that this just does not achieve. A few years ago, it would have been good (still minus the flaws on the species traits). I'd love to see what would happen if the art was coughs redone? with those things in mind.

The manchu isn't really in my area of erm... desire as a whole species but I think the artwork was well done here. It looks pretty insane, something one might expect from such a color and/or mood.

In any case, good job to the artists for their efforts.

Frowny face at the Celinox though I'm sure the artist put a lot of hard work into it but...there's just something off about it. It's too stiff, I can't see the 'movement' in it the way I can in the Manchu. Eh... I'm sure someone will enjoy the art though ^^

Manchu is AWESOME. Oh my goodness. If the hippottu and the Antlephore aren't my bag, I might just trade their elixers for that lovely.

But I'm not big on the celinox. The whole pose is so stiff and... Unfeline. To me, they were always more like a Lynx than a jungle cat, and this just doesn't portray any form of cat-likeness very well. It doesn't flow at all, and the belly seems a bit to distended, though that may be because of it having just 'ate'?

There's something I don't like about the Celinox.. I don't know what it is though. Dx The anatomy is off, and it feels stiff. I was hoping for one like the Dark Matter. Still lovely, but.. yeah. The Manchu, on the other hand, is hilarious. 8D

Love the muahahaha of the Manchu.

The Celinox is sadly not like I hoped it would turn out. I miss fur all over it's body and the most on its head. The spikes seem to be a bit more down the back (usually they're more around the shoulders in placing). Also I don't really like its tail though I can't really tell why. =/ I think however that with crystal/spike adustment and some more fur around the body it would look great. I love the claws. ^^

Just have to say that i love love the Celinox except like most people are saying it seems the crystals got misplaced, and there is a sort of odd bald/round head looking effect going on. Other than that its lovely

I love the belly of the Celinox, but something strikes me as off about the neck/shoulder. The Manchu? Like everyone else said, creepy and AWESOME
