Sarah's pretty cool, but it sucks that Amy is gone... The great and wonderful chief if looking just a little bit less wonderful... I wanna be a pirate again... They have rats and rum.

Ok, I see... the trophy is only gone in the forum...
I see it like DebiLee... The pirates had the better pices... The vending mashine goes to delphi beach cause the pirates couldn't vend there. The pirates can go to the islands... Now there is a free gift nobody knows the use and the islanders loose their points, loose their trophy... Why can the pirats go to the islands without loosing anything? Yes, it's just a game... but it's not realy funny to see I made the RS for nothing- cause there is nothing left- neither the trophy...

-Cakess - Yes, "you are redeeming yourself as an Islander" definition of redeem - To save from a state of sinfulness and its consequences, To make up for, To restore the honor, worth, or reputation of. None of these say "no longer affiliated with" or "disowned" or "abandoned". As an islander, we didn't want to kill Amy, we had to to save others. It was an offering. So yes, we want to redeem ourselves for the wrong we had to commit. And being allowed in Port Plunder doesn't suggest that we are no longer islanders either. Just that we are allowed in because we showed that we are sorry for the loss.

Also people saying it's un-fair that Islanders can't go back and spend their left over points, like Rob if you read the description of the flower it clearly stats ; A single Daisy flower in memory of purity lost.... Using this item means that you are redeeming yourself as an Islander and allowing yourself to go to Port Plunder. Which means if you redeem the flower(throw it in the seas) You stop being a Islander, which means no shop?

On second note; For any one who would like to know how to redeem your flower for sorriness and sympathy, Just click the flower in your inventory and click throw in to seas.

Got it, Keith; I did not know that at the time. Although I still think the Islanders who had a ton of points, did spend all of them, and then tossed a free gift to gain Pirate access are the real winners. XD still wants a little Amy ghost creeping about the site
Ohhhh... Ouch, Rob! I spent mine right away, since the News said the shops would only be open for a limited time... even though ours still is, I guess. I don't really know, because I have no reason to go there, since mine are already gone. Not that I had a tremendous amount like some people did anyway... I'm a lousy RS'er and an even worse battler... But, on the other hand, no one told me that I didn't have any reason to toss mine, so I did... and ended up having to buy a rather pricey second one for in my Gallery.
Well I missed the whole plot as I got on a lil too late, so I just saw the Amy thing! Woe, woe, woe! Still yeah just a story, with a bummer ending but hey!

naah, i love port plunder - i have nothing to mourn about - for now - though it would have been nice to have the port at least one day for ourselves to leave the islanders hanging in return 
and maybe you islanders regain your access - but after all we were told to spend our points quickly.
- This is how you won. Because nobody told us if we toss the flower we loose access to the island shop. I have 1,300 point in there that I hadn't spent because I wasn't sure what I wanted, and now I can't spend any of them.

I know this is a virtual world and it's only the Internet, but I still don't think it's right to kill a child. Just my opinion. :/ This was a good plot otherwise, though.

I still refuse to believe it until I see an Amy corpse. On the other hand, it could be an interesting prelude to the Halloween season, with an Amy ghost hovering about the site.

tosses daisy into the sea I'm sorry Amy... I had thought the Islanders were good guy, but now Amy is gone. I'm glad was I able to redeemed myself for the stupid mistake I have made when I joined the Islanders. Also I wish I had a purple hyacinth, so I can toss it into the sea, since the purple hyacinth means " I am sorry, Please forgive me, and Sorrow".
