We've got the image server back online (I'm sure you noticed!) however our most recent backup of the image directory lacked the items and images from the past couple of days.

You may notice that some items don't have images, or there isn't a wearable version of your favorite new item. Some of the recently revamped or released pets may not show up correctly.

This is something we are working to correct, but it involves basically re-uploading all of the artwork on the artists part, and readding it on our part as it's uploaded.

Because of the significant downtime earlier today, we are leaving the cash shop sale up throughout tomorrow, in case you've been having problems purchasing, or you want to snatch that Gold Account medal on the cheap ;).

Already using the overlay, yeah. It's just so much nicer when I can see him as he were on both the training page and pets page. I know it's a loosing battle, I'll just enjoy it while it lasts.

Seriously Aples, its pretty rude to ask for a revamp to more or less fuck off because you dont like it and it wont happen...just use an overlay. :/

I hope everything will go well with the images problem It is so nice of you to extend the sale I was worried when the site went down yesterday, but I'm very glad we got such good and considerate staff here at Subeta I'll be off to count my pennies and see if I can buy more stuff from the cash shop

x) ah A+ for extending the sale! I know numerous people that were having issues getting in time before the sale ended. And i'm relieved to hear about the new items I was wondering why my poor little pampered kitty wasn't showing up on my HA but I can relax now to know it'll be fixed with some time.

Thanks so much for all your hard work and also thank you for extending the sale (and having the sale in the first place).

We're in Canada and our closest Futureshop now knows about the ultimategame card being usuable on Subeta (although fyi the ultimategame card site didn't show it as allowing Subeta yet) (frown)

Subeta is so much better than - uh - can't even remember the other place - you folks actually respond when asked for help.
