Well for me, it restocked at about 3am and a 2nd time when I was sleeping. It restocks at all different times of the day over the course of weeks or months I'm sure...

uet again more people maing statements about the restockings surely everyone not in the right time zones (like me) must know by now that you need to be lucky to get a restock at the right sort of time to fit in with our work/school lives thers no point in continually making comments about the restocks not happening when we cant get online because its all part of the game for us just accept it or comment on the forums and leave this area to those are lucky enough to get an item
