Nope, it's at least 4. Scroll down and you'll see that there were two restocks and the third is mentioned and the fourth restock came so quickly after the third that most probably never even realized it. I watched the counter go down to zero once I got mine and then about a minute later there were suddenly more up.

There were actually more than 3 restocks, I believe. I got here for the third and it restocked at least once more after that.

damn from like 9am to 12pm i was moving boxes to my new apt. how annoying. still peeved they restocked soo early today.

6:44 am, then restocked around 9:10 am and again around 11:20 am. That is from someone in my cult that was here for them all. I made it to the site not long after the first restock, though I was already up and online at the time. If this was my first stop in the morning I would have made it for the first restock. Which is usually when I am able o get anything from the token shop. The news announcement is the only way I remember to check the shop. The other two times today I have been here but had wandered off watching a movie.
