It seems like it's changed slightly as well. It used to hit your health for -99%, now it only knocks 80% off your health.

So, in a nutshell,

1,350 icons -80% Health Breakable (doesn't mean it'll break with your first use, it just means it has a chance of breaking FOREVER)

Snagged two of them, for a total of three in Legend's arsonal now. .
