Ya. And they're only in one crappy colour, too. It'd be nice if they could release these normally in other colours, but still keep the blue ones in there so if you want blue you have to go through the trouble of getting them.

i guessing they be at the Blue Building since they marked "Special" so you would need special access to get the items which i not have access to that building yet

Oh! Thanks for adding more items THERE. Before, I didn't have a reason to really go there but when you started putting more items in, I found out there's not only 2 items there, you have to work to get more. x'D (This isn't spoiler right?
