The prices on many of the items have changed. The prices of the Chibi Potion and Dark Matter Potion have been increased dramatically to help meet the the demands of the stock holders. Along with the potions, many of the weapons have been upgraded to meet their new prices. Expect more changes to come soon!

This kinda depresses me a little... While I agree the Chibi potions were potentially too low, I always thought that was what made them good... That they were kinda "the poor man's special color".

I mean... Not to be offensive, but do ALL the special colors have to cost over a mil? I've been here since the very VERY beginning... I mean, four years, and that's just after the reset, and I've watched prices fluctuate. So this isn't so so bad. But I just think that maybe leaving at least one color easier to get would be nice.

I'm very sorry if I've offended anyone. Just my opinion.

What do you want, that still makes the Chibi Potion the cheapest of all the most 'elite' potions (I call that those that change the pose of the pet, meaning no Field or Cream or other stuff ) Earning points on Subeta is pure pleasure, so I don't think 1,5mil can be a problem for anybody. And yarr, Mysterious Maple Katana... hope I can get up to those 12mil until it retires again

Its just to keep the economy in check people, so dont have a cow man, as Bart Simpson would say!! I was very fortunate to have gotten my dark matter pet Clytie in the adoption center ages ago when I still had a GA. I want a chibi pet but thats not my first choice right now. I want a nuclear pet and a nightmare pet first.

I painted my pets before the increase as well, but I think they are very reasonably priced, especially compared to the prices of some other potions. I'm hoping Nightmare Potion will be released in the token shop or something soon

Yanno, Darkmatter and Chibi potions were underpriced when I joined almost two and a half years ago. 600k for one redraw color and 10 million for another is a joke. Maybe I'm biased because I don't need any more potions, but it's really not that big a deal... they're still nowhere near as expensive as other colors.

MILLIONAIRE center. If it was easy to get it would be the Dollar Tree. These are the creme de la creme of items. If you want them, be prepared to pay. Nobody screamed when the new Tique items are all nearing 100k a piece...but raise MC items...heaven forbid!?

People, chill. Raising prices =/= selling out like Neopets did and becoming pathetic.

Its a FEW items that had their prices raised. So save for an extra week or three, it wont kill you to not have the pixels NOW.

When I read that changes were happening to the MC, I was thinking more like the Angelic and Nightmare potions being released there. The prices on angelic and nightmare prices are out of control. :/

This makes sense guys. I think we're just used to things being cheaper, but that messes up the economy. They're making things a bit harder and pricing higher so that we can fix our economy. Honestly guys, this doesn't mean Subeta's going to turn super hard and impossible. o_ox I would go on, but I would end up retelling what I posted here.

If you guys hate this site and thinks it's lame because of a few changes, stop complaining, quit and go Here. Have fun.

Instead of rising the price of some MC items they should handle the crazy inflation of nearly all items in the user shops. After being one month offline I came back on and saw bloodred tigrean elixirs going for over 40 mil SPs... I was thinking I have hallucinations... On the other hand prices in main shops... items nearly worth nothing... I dont understand the whole system anymore. Nevermind, one more reason for me not to buy dark matter potions at this price and still keep missing the old system from over a year.

two cents I think some people "can't help it"..some of us have been with "certain other infamous/famous site" longer so we have the habit of comparing other virtual pet sites to that site. I am a huge shopaholic so it takes a lot of willpower to save up my money. LOL. I don't care all that much about chibi or dark matter actually I do like dark matter a lot and chibi sometimes but pet color or theme changers can already be expensive anyway so what if they become even more expensive? It just means you'll have to save up even more....shrug

Hopefully the Glacier potion will inflate, since the prism rose 400k. Aside from that, I don't see anything wrong with the higher pricing. I can honestly say, it doesn't take that long to make SPs. Compared to Neo (especially when it comes to RSing), it's easy to get rich here on Subeta.

I'm a bit disappointed with the raise in prices because I'm cheap, but I think it's a good change on the whole. When I joined, Dark Matter Potions were one of the more expensive ones available, and people felt accomplished to have a DM pet - it was something you saved for weeks or months to get during that phase of the economy. My Dark Matter Kumos was my prized pet for a long time. Lately the potion costs only a fraction of what others do - taking for example Nightmare, which is now around 10mil, or Reborn and Spectrum which are 8mil. Why shouldn't Dark Matter be able to compete with other special colors in terms of worth? Chibi is still really inexpensive, but that's fitting for the color it is, I think. XD

Subeta isn't raising their prices because of the number of users they get, they change them to fit the existing users and the economy. They put insanely priced items in the MC, like the Ether, to purpose a challenge for some of the richer users while pricing most others in the range that the average user will be able to afford so long as they WORK for it. I don't like that they raised the prices of the two potions as well as some of the other items, but honestly.. it's called the Millionaire Center. They're not supposed to be cheap. We're lucky that they don't make every item in there (like the Keepsake Boxes) live up to the name of the store. Your timing is unfortunate, because it's rare that they change the prices in the MC at all. Usually the only shop that has a really inconsistent price for things is the Token Shop (and possibly Blackheart Hollow, I wouldn't know for sure in that case). As for the other shops, I believe within the last month and a half, they've actually been lowering the prices of a number of items. To me, the Book Nook is the most obvious example of this- some of the items in there that are now well under 100sp used to be priced at 7-800. They've even lowered the prices of a number of items in the cash shop, and in the case of the mystic plushies, tried to reconcile with the people who had bought them at their old price by giving them free pet slots. Neopets... would NEVER do that. They don't give a fuck.

If you've seen prices go up in anything other than the Token Shop and the MC today, it's been the user shops, which aren't a very valid source, since they can vary a LOT within a day or two.

And I was just about to get a Chibi Potion :/ First the Wizard Quests get screwed with (three-item quests always containing something that costs like 30k, only giving out 10 point tokens... MOST of the time...) and now this. Oh well.
