No, I only released 50 this time. The next restock (hinthint) will have more.

I don't know how many restocked, but when I got online there were 28 left, then that number dwindled to 18 once I refreshed the page. I think the number of release is random, but only staff (Amber) or Keith can answer that correctly. Unless someone else knows...

And it might be released again today, so I'd just keep checking.

I have a question, how many restocked this time 100 more? and how many items usually end up being released? I mean I believe there are over 2000 active users, so how many are usually released 200, 300 more? Sorry to be asking so many questions but I'm really sad because I ruined most of my day waiting just to miss the item by a hair, again

It took me a few months to realize that that's what the News box was for (until someone told me, actually ) I thought it was just my FF being stupid.

The box shows up fine for me, running Debian's Firefox (Iceweasel). Keep an eye on it, the best time to notice may be around midnight for potion lottery, then you should see the box. Just keep an eye on it throughout the day as well.

I just took off my custom CSS to see if that was blocking the box around the news. I can always put it back up, but I'm curious now.

I dunno if an ABer would be much help with the TS? When a new item is stocked, it's.. completely new to the site usually. There's no way of knowing what the item type/name is going to be? And since you can only buy from the TS once every 12(?) hours.. it's not like users can evade the one-item-per-12-hours thing, by using an ABer?

I dunno. I could be wrong. I don't know anything about ABers. xD

No, not multis. I was thinking more like automated programs (like cheaters use on neopets for the kadoaterie).

But if a box appears, then that makes more sense to me. I'm just not sure why I'm not seeing it. lol

Well. I have a bunch of friends on my MSN contact list who tend to jump on me to inform me when there's a new TS restock, even if I'm not even logged in to Subeta. C:

It's more than likely that friends give eachother tip-offs on instant messengers, causing the online-users total to jump slightly.

Plus.. when there's a new news post.. the News link in the sidebar draws attention to itself with the little box outline. It's common sense to go see what the new news post is all about. C: 150 people online? They're bound to load a new page within that time, and notice there's new news. C: Knowing that TS items tend to be good investments, when they see the new news post is a TS stock, they jump on whatever's for sale, regardless of whether they truly want it for themselves or not.

The 150 could have seen the news post. But not the 30 that hopped on just to buy the jacket. They had to be told about it somehow.

I just hope that it was like from the IRC (or something like that) and not the cheater method that some people use on neopets for the kadoaterie...

It just seems odd. I use to always get token shop restocks and then overnight I am rarely getting them. Makes me wonder about foul play.

Oh well! Like I said, I'm not a fan of the jacket. Not that it isn't lovely, I'm just not a jacket person. More of a casual girl.
