We want to let you all know that yes, we are aware of the current glitches that are occurring all over the site. This is including, but not limited to, quickstock, trades, auto-pricing, shop pricing in general, and forum posts. Our top priority is currently the improvement and maintenance of site security, so please keep that in mind as you encounter these snags. We promise to keep you updated as to any major developments, and we will be past this soon enough. As always, we appreciate you sticking with us. We can't wait to show you all the great things we have in store for the coming months. ahem This is my first news post, so Hi. :D And, a little tip for you! Are you sick of seeing all those little 'rnr's' in your forum posts? Instead of hitting enter when you are typing, you can use either sCode or HTML to insert a line break (you know, 'br')! Your posts will come out cleanly once again. If you don't know how to do this, I suggest Google-ing it, or asking a friend. :)

i think some people should stop complaining about the staff being to slow to fix shops and stuff safety and security of the users is top priority to keith and the staff for a reason, well what do you think will happen if the site gets destroyed and oops there's no back up or anything else to secure the site cause everyone was fixing the shops and autopricers, so come on people who are complaining, it's for the best that things are being done this way.... at least they care enough to take care of the important matters first

Best thing to do is take your time. x3 Sure the site may be secure, but we don't want crashies every 5 minutes. So far you guys have been doing a good job.
For the people who are complaining about shops and glitches, don't you guys think that the staff kinda know about them? I don't see why everyone must post about the obvious and demand it to be fixed. Obviously the staff is trying to fix all of the glitches. '

Ahh, gotcha. I just came back here yesterday (whoo boy, and I am addicted like nothing else) so I don't know much of the ins and outs of this place. Hopefully everything gets worked out, with ah, as little of headache as possible.

If we don't keep the site secure from intrusions such as the ones we've experienced in the last few days, then there will BE no site for you to play on. PERIOD. When it comes to the security of our users and this site as a whole, NOTHING ELSE COMES FIRST.

Site security is DEFINITELY top priority. Having shop glitches, etc. is frustrating, but I just think about hackers blowing everything out of the water and having major downtime...then, how unhappy would everyone be??? I say good on ya Subeta Team - keep up the good work!!!

No offense, but fixing the shops should be your priority, at least one of them. The site ceases to function if people can't autoprice or price their items. I would think that keeping the players here would be high on the list. After all, people start to leave if they find they can't do much. And Subeta has already lost a LOT of people. Thats not your fault of course. But just something you should think about as you work ok? Thanks.

I kinda disagree with the whole "top priority" thing but meh what do I know? Oh and someone asked about collecting profit.. I collected 1.2mill of profit about 4 hours ago and got every sp so I'm guessing it's fine. Anyways hi Carol! and yay sub staff for fixing stuff?
