Yes but he did just switch a full twelve hours. Plus you know when he happens, you know when to be there...if that's how you earn by sniping. Not everyone does anymore. Takes too long to not hoard and when you do that it doesn't matter. Plus...he's just not that popular and he's not free you pay a lot for him

You know, for all the wailing and gnashing of teeth over time zones and how toooootally unfair the giveaways are, I think it's telling that hardly anyone's ever posted the observation that the Recycle Beast switches items at the same time every day.
