For those of you who have been around for a long time, the reading contest was a good way to get your pets intelligence up, and read a bunch of books.

Well, this time around we are doing things differently. The reading contest is now the <a href=/games/book.php>Book Drive</a>! Donate your books to the drive, to help young pets... or something.

For each book you donate, you get a point, which you will be able to spend on fun items later on (or when it's over). Which means you get to pick your prize!

Good luck, and have fun collecting those books ;)

I wonder if the trading card will be re-released and if so, how many books you'd need to donate for it. drools over that card

how many books are on Subeta?? and I hope you mean "prizes" plural...if we have enough points, we could buy more than one prize right?? surely, there will be cheap prizes for those that didn't donate a lot and faboo prizes for me=)

Nope, looks like I was wrong; you can only donate one of any book. Guess I will be skipping this contest and saving for another or reading my collection soon. Good luck to everyone else though.

Meh, I have mixed feelings about this. Yay something different. Boo giving up good books and not increasing our pets intelligence. I guess on the bright side, you can use multiple books this way? :/

There goes my limited Kumos edition plushie coloring book and my copy of Amulets of Subeta. Better make the prizes worth it ;P hopes for new cool items

wow sounds like fun, but can I ask you why you are starting something new when the site isnt even stable, I cant even get to my user profile. Keith, please get this site stable before you start new projects, we all want to stay and be a part of Subeta but I know of several people that stopped playing because of this latest turn over..thank you again for all the hard work you and the Staff put in, but come on lets get stable first.

oh this is gonna be fun...I watched and took note on the video too, about the upcoming reading contest too, and started to hoard every book I could get my hands on...sure glad I did !
