Well, I was going to wait until the site was less glitchy, just in case I lost my items. But I bought 4 boxes and opened them. Lots of duplicates but I got the wig I personally wanted and am selling the rest. Great job! to the artist. They are all really pretty.

But I will agree with Allegria. It is getting harder and harder to purchase anything with cash, not knowing if that night Subeta is going to be online or not. Really...everyone who buys ANYTHING with cash should be a bit non-plussed. I have paid for GA Medals and cash shop items out the wazoo...and half the time...I can't play cause the server is down. So...until everything is more stable...I am going to buy with sP not USD. LOL.

Sorry everyone. But I have to agree with most of the people. I am a frequent cash shop user....and this is no different. You bought the Hat Box willingly, KNOWING there was one wig...and you were not just content, but HAPPY, to do so. Now that they upped it, one wasn't enough. You MUST have two. Absolutely MUST. Come on. As if the prices on the wigs weren't already going to deflate...now that 2 per box is coming out...the wigs will be cheap in no time. So really..its hurting the value of the wigs if anything.

Not only that, but when the site crashed and things had to get set back, I lost at least one cash shop item permanently. Between all that and how unstable everything has been lately, I'm finding myself unable to justify to myself spending real money anymore. If this were almost any other business, I'd have gone elsewhere long ago. Luckily I really enjoy Subeta and I hope these customer satisfaction issues are taken care of soon. I have never spent as much money on any website where I don't get actual goods in return, and I'd love to be able to continue contributing but I want to see those contributions actually working and appreciated.

I love the new wigs!! I just wish they came in a lot more colors. Particularly black and purple. <3 Then maybe I'd get one. But right now I think my money is safe. ^^ Gorgeous job with the styles though. They're all really beautifully made!

And Nayna, you buy the hat box from the cash shop. ^^

Reimbursing for the old item is a bad idea. You bought the old item knowing exactly what you were paying for. Now you have a new spiffy item you can purchase if you would like

In my case I bought $20 worth of them, or 8 boxes, around five hours before this change and opened them all. I'm sad, Keith said I could return wigs for a UA for new boxes, but I sold all but one of mine already. I'd really like 4 boxes more so that I have an exra one for each box I bought TODAY. :/

I don't think we should get re-reimbursed for older hat box purchases. Everyone would have been perfectly happy without this update. You pay for the merchandise knowing it is only 1 wig in the box.

4 boxes, so I am hoping for either 4 wigs, or some kind of reimbursment. Not fair to us who bought them before this. And as a cash shop user who frequently buys from there, I can hope that we'll get something.

how beautiful...and out of reach... ~~sniffle~~ as someone not able to use the cash shop, i wish these had been token shop items...i guess i'm going to have to do this the hard way and start saving again... :X
