No, the Token Shop has nothing to do with Cron; it's handstocked by either Amber or Keith. I also got one, but they're down to around 45 now.
Ok, I guess not questing for the last seven hours waiting for this to restock was worth it.
In case anyone's curious, I noticed the second restock was at 11:44pm. It's now 11:54pm and there's 72 left!

BTW Amber I applaud you for decreasing the amount released of each item!!!! The people who faithfully watch the token shop are better rewarded when the items are worth more. Our wishlists are being filled quicker because of it!
