They'll keep stocking in the shop until they're re-retired. Quests might possibly give them out as well. We unretire because new users are constantly registering who also collect plushies, holiday items, etc. This way no one ever has to totally miss anything, except year/number specific items.

I only got the dragarth ones from last year. But I doubt I'll be able to restock them with the RS War going on.
