There is no way a person can get all of them when you're only allowed to get 1 within a 10 hour period. Why put some many up at a time then? I managed to get 1.

No, it's the regular Token shop in the fairgrounds. The Oracle Token shop only has boxed late at night & you don't know what's in them until you buy one.
