Indeed, I just logged to see my profits and collect them. I sold a lot of wizard tokens that I had gotten from my dailies only to see that my profits does not match anywhere near what I had sold. I won't get my hopes up that I will get back what I lost as I understand the situation. Still sad though.

I have about 15 events at the top of my screen (including Secret Santa events). They appear to be from the end of December, but I'm not sure. I checked my inventory to see if I had any items that I shouldn't have, but my inventory appears to have vanished... o_o What should I do?

The present a friend sent me went poof in the glitch. So sad. It was such a thoughtful thing to do and I wanted that wearable so bad. But I'm so happy that subeta is working again! Poor overworked staff, having to deal with all this. Good luck you guys!!!! gives you cookies
for some reason i cannot autoprice my shop and i haven't done it in the last 24 hrs...sigh...i don't get much time to get on lately (computer died) and i hate to think that i will have to wait a week or so b4 i can do anything...more sighs

Will we get back what was lost after the big glitch? Will we get back recycle points? In the latest revenge of the glitch (or glitch part deux) I lost over a million on hand sP not in the bank and lost several good restocks - gave a gift that has vanished - you get the idea. If we are not going to get it back I'd really like to hear no it's gone get over it so I can let it go.
And no...I'm glad you guys are fixing the site. And I hope some day it all works on IE (because I've had enough problems with FF to last me a lifetime and I WON'T be switching). Don't think I'm ungrateful...it was just an unhappy surprise to find stuff gone.
WAIT! The stuff I got from Elwood is gone! :'( (I did at least get my tokens back, but I was excited about the stuff.)
I just hope that I updated my wishlist AFTER you guys rolled it back. It's a lot of work updating a wishlist...really.

Issai, I've been keeping tabs on the news quite a bit today, and as far as I remember, no one's come out and said, "we rolledback, yesterday is gone." It was just assumed. But now they ARE telling us about their new backup system so that it won't happen again. Thanks!
aww darn. I was wondering where the items I had just got from my wishlist had gone too. Oh well. I just hope I'm able to get them again.

Just a suggestion -- can you leave up the previous updates in the news? It's a little confusing to come in to an 'update' and not see the information previously posted.
I saw the note about the backups being moved to increasingly smaller time increments, but now that's gone, and apparently there was an item posted explaining the rollback that I never saw -- friends told me about it. People just logging on now will be really lost; having the old information would be nice.

Wonderful, it's good to know what's going on. You can't be blamed for things out of your control. I bet it was mind numbing going through all that code, I'm just happy Subeta is up and running again.
Why apologize for things that are beyond your control? OK, your a nice guy so you do but we also understand that in todays times with all this technology, things are bound to mess up. I have patience and found other things to occupy my time while the site was down.
You and the staff are doing a great job and theres no way I would want to be in your shoes trying to fix it. Wal Mart don't make that much asprin to fix the headache I would have

im missing my lamington free gift and quite sure a substantial amount of sp is missing.....

As I was pondering subeta today, I noticed that the 300k i earned a day ago was gone! Then I realized that the gifts that my friends gave me(bombed XD) Were gone! 2 of my friends gave me Dragon blood and I put one in my gallery and one in my wardrobe...and now they are both GONE!I also got a free gift(that minion) and gave it to one of my pets and now thats gone too!Everything i did yesterday is history!Its like i didnt do anything!
