Yeah for those who sold their presents and get a free one, it sucks for those who spent the SP. But you were paying the current rate at price value, and you were willing to. It isn't if anyone KNEW this would happen.
I see it as a good thing. Mostly because I got two (for person use), and I thought the $10 was a bit steep for two items.
And wouldn't this be a GOOD thing for buyers. It means more saturation, thus a big chance at some deflation. Thats why I never buy DPs at the beginning of the month. Why pay 2.8mil when, in 28 days, you can pay 1.9? So it was really a choice, and we hae no real control over it.

so its okay to overcharge last year with not even an apology and wouldnt it be more fair to offer people a refund which may be more useful especially at this time of year
seems to much like corporate greed giving another costless item rather than a refund to cover their error

I don't think the $1 = 1 million sP is the way it is all the time. It really depends on the amount in the economy and how much demand there is. I mean GA medals are $5 but if they ever reached 5 million sP there'd be a huge outrage of people. Eternals are $30, they used to go for that but the recent trend is about 18 million or so.
Basically, if it was "worth" 10 million sP before, it should still be worth that much surely? The dollar value dropping will have an effect on the price, but you are still getting the chance at ANY DP. It's not like the dollar price halved and the amount of DPs in each present halved is it?
I sMailed a copy/paste of my PayPal receipt to a UA (because that's what they told me to do after I sMailed the first time) and I got my extras a little while ago.

I agree with Its_Just_Me - I was a little confused on what I needed to mail to a UA, as all you said was to mail one, but obviously that wouldn't work considering you usually need a receipt.

Well, I think this is very nice, but clearer instructions on what to send the UAs would be helpful. Evidently you need a dated receipt, which I don't have. I have a receipt from Paypal, with the transaction number and what it was for, but it isn't dated. I'm on my 3rd smail to a UA right now. A little easier process would be much appreciated. Kicks the lagging servers

I for one am very happy to be getting my extra Christmas presents. NO I did not sell mine ^^ I opened them and to top it off spent another 60 mill sp for more to open, but you don't I am not complaining about as it is only pixels. I am just glad to be getting paid back for the REAL money I spent

Not that I'm complaining at the new, cheaper price, but I always thought it was twice the price because we got a chance at getting the older dp items, which seemed like such a privilege that we payed extra for.
i honestly dont see the point in giving them extra since they still got what they paid for, they paid 10 cash and got 10mil pure, i understand where your coming from on changing the prices ect. but its still not fair to those who paid in pure, just because we didnt pay cash doesnt mean we shouldnt count
and on that note im done venting, this is a free country, im allowed to vent till its out of my system
