A couple months ago (around April) we had a problem that caused user accounts to disappear, and a few users had their accounts deleted by hackers. :(

We finally have a method of handling your situation, all you have to do is send a sMail to any user admin on the Help Page and they will assist you in retrieving any lost sP and pets. :)

I just want to thank all of you for waiting so long, and being so patient. I know that losing everything you worked hard for hasn't been easy, but you've all done an amazing job. Thank you!

I was hacked april 25th, luckily all I was missing were my pets. I was glad to get my account back couple months ago.

After spending 4 years on the yellow site and 6 months on this site all I can say is the difference is amazing. People matter on this site, we're not just blown off with an "oh well" attitude from staff. I can't tell you what a pleasure it is to be here.

Wow....about time. I was hacked, and then claimed for multiple accounts due to it, and i mailed everyone i could. no one would do anything about it. finally, we are going to be heard!

I wasnt personally affectred by the hackers, however I am so glad staff was able to coem up with a solution for those who had. I send you all a standing Ovation!

I don't know about gold account time, but I just got all of my sP back.

I just want to give a great big thank you to all of the staff. It warms my heart that you care so much about your users and work so hard to fix problems like these, when other places would just blow it off.

Congrats on getting your stuff back guys, and thanks staff for fixing it. Alot of the users (friends) will come back to the site now and make it much more enjoyable.. they were disgusted over it. x_x

Oh, yay! I lost my account to hackers, and it took quite an amount of finagling and some sheer dumb luck to get it back - I'm so glad to hear that all the ordeals are finally over.

Wasn't there something like this released months ago for those that lost their accounts to hackers, I remember having to go to a page and filling out a form thing to get my lost account back.
