It's making me wait 30 minutes as well. 
mine says i have to wait 30 mins after trick or treating once
If it's every five minutes, why do I keep getting hit with 30-minute delays?

I think it's terrible that after you are hexed you have to wait 30 minutes. You are already losing out on an item by getting hexed.
Yes! Better chance of getting the items I want before October is done...mwhahahaha!

so, if you get hexed, you still have to wait a half hour instead of 5 minutes? Darn. I was hoping to do some serious ToT'ing before work, since work and my friends are gonna suck up all my time today. curses pre-made plans
Ok, I thought I was going crazy when I wasn't able to go every five minutes. Then I read the hex thing. Now I feel a lot better.

yea i went ahead and deleted... and I guess we have to wait 30mins after our hex to be okay to go trick or treating again...

I got tricked but then clicked again on Herbies profile to see if I had to wait an hour and i got stuff... 
please dont freeze me!! lol... what should I do with the items? is it safer to just delete them?
I also tried on RykaCalla's account to see if it was only with loopa's but I got the treat anyway!! Please I don't want to be frozen T_T
strange, I got hexed and went on loopa's profile to see how much I have to wait, and I did not had to wait but got a treat... I tried again to see if I had to wait and I did not have to wait and got a treat!!! am I going to be frozen for this?? I tried a couple of times to see if I was going to get rid of this but nope... please don't freeze me!! I did not go on with this!!
