Huh? Even if someone gets one from another user you probably wouldn't. You don't get the same thing from the same person. I got to my friends profiles for ToT and get different treats every time. In fact, I tested that again just today and went to the same profile 4 times in a row and got a different item each time. It would be nice if we knew where to go for certain items.

Holy cow, the Angelic Demipop is so cute! So is the spectrum one. Shame I don't have a gallery or pet that needs those.
