It only stocks one each of one or two items once or twice every one to four days, I think.

Yeah, the fact that they're not being sold or traded doesn't mean they're not there. It means people are keeping them.

Why is it everytime I go to the hollow, there is nothing there... And after I check back a few times, it says that I've been hanging around it too much? :/ When does it restock?

Some of the Blackheart Hollow items aren't even in anyones shop/gallery or in the trades which means that the hollow cannot be restocking.

Actually, I believe that everything that has ever stocked in the Hollow is stocking there now except the Bat Sword of Halloween. Which shows you how long things take to sell out eyes Christmas Blade XD
