It's very easy not to have heard of him outside the USA, I don't believe he is a very prominent celebrity elsewhere, not in the UK anyway which is were I am from

That dang Jerry Lewis took up my CBS from 8PM till 4AM .. I watched about 10 mins of it before I wanted to hurl.. Talk about no talent hacks all in one place... eww at the bands/singers that performed on the telethon.
