THe head does look slightly canine like, and the flames-I wished they would have been a darker red. otherwise, I do like this reborn pet. I will have to wait and see to decide if any cooler pets will come out.
It's nice..It does look a bit canine, but so did the bloodred one. Maybe archans are supposed to look that way? You can never be really sure. It is a fantasy site, after all. (otherwise, the archan here wouldn't be on fire 
)
Maybe making the ears smaller and rounder, and making the chin thicker would make it look more feline? Not sure. Great job, though. It's very flamey. xD
Haha (I should have mentioned this is my first comment) If the face and ears were to be redrawn the reborn archan would be amazing. I love archans, this one just doesnt seem archan like in the face.
The face looks... a /tad/ canine or atleast not catlike, but other than that, I like it!

Gotta go with the others who said that it looks too canine. I love the colors, but the body and the head, especially, don't really work. And I know that everyone's saying nobody's being descriptive enough - but seriously, it is just plain off. There's not much more you can say than that.

lol i love how so many people are complaining, yet few can say little beyond IT LOOKS OFF CRY CRY Personally, I rather like this. I'd say for the colours, most of all. It's bright and appealing to me. However, I wouldn't get one. Archans aren't really my thing. Nice job, however.

I dunno, I see all these people critting and complaining, but I'm just not getting it. :/ I really love this pet, it's one of my top 3 fav Reborns, up there with Endeavor and Malticorn.
I would have one if only I could find a character idea to go with it.... xd

I love the design concept in this pet, the flame placement is really neat.
That being said the whole genneral facial region could use work. I tend to keep quiet about these things, people tend to whine excessively so I figured I needn't add to the flames. However, the face could stand to have some work. The mouth has been critted to dead, so I'll leave that out. What bugs me is the ears. In terms of possing, he seems mad, logically the ears would be pulled back. Though even assuming he's only slightly mad they wouldn't be as relaxed as they are here. Second, the one on our left is connected wrong and looks as it might fall off. Finally, they simply don't fit the picture. Most of the art was done with colored, fine, lines. The face (ears in particular) have been done in bolder, black lines that make the face seem very cartoony despite the more semi-realistic nature of the archan. The ears look very cut and paste.
I love the pet in an overal sense, but the face keeps me from wanting one.

When the Archan first came out, one of my very first thoughts about it was, ''the reborn archan will be awesome.'' Guess what? It's here, and I think it's far from awesome.
The head looks too small for the body, and the jaw looks all wrong... And the way the flames were drawn is just too different. It just doesn't fit in with the other Reborn pets.

It's funny how harshly some of you "crit"/bash this image, yet a lot of you probably couldn't do any better.

The lower jaw seems to be off.. or too small for its own mouth. Maybe extend the left side of its mouth (his right, our left) a bit more and it'll even it out?

It looks nice and all, but like it seems so off. I don't like it, so I'm glad I used the potion on my Kanis. The face seems so off, I can't explain it; it just doesn't seem like a reborn pet. ._.
At first glance, I loved the coloring on this one, but after looking at it more closely, it seems a bit... off. I wish I could be more descriptive than that, but I don't know exactly what the problem is to my eyes.

The head almost looks canine. I was holding onto my reborn potion specifically for my archan -- you can see I used it, but I was really disappointed. This is the first reborn pet that I've really disliked.
I think I'd have to agree with all the others about the head. While it does look cute, I think I'm just gonna save up for that Angelic Potion that Phoenix_Cassie wants instead.

I don't know why all the people say they don't like the head - i think it's really great! I don't like Archans that much,but now i want to get a reborn one,because i think it looks really awesome

I have to agree with most people, there's something really off about this one. The body looks fine, but the head kinda needs redrawing.
I think I'll hold on to my potion until I see a dark matter archan or a reborn celinox.

D= I was so hopeful about the reborn archan, and I must say I'm disappointed... The face doesn't look like an archan, the paws don't match, and the mane is mangy looking.
Oh, and his face looks like dog/tiger hybrid. XD
But on a nicer note, I like the tail, and the fire behind it looks good! ^^
wow I've been waiting for the reborn archan ever since they came out and I'm sad to say I don't like it. The head and ears are just really off and the mane looks like it ends under the ears. It's definetly not at all what I was hoping for.
I like it alot! It's not cute like many of the recent other have been (although it's still pretty fluffly =D) and it actually looks like something I wouldn't want to cross in real life. His head might be just a little off, but it looks great and overall, good job.
Urrrrr. I really don't like this. The art style and the lack of a unique pose kinda make this.... Ugh. The the head and face, as others have said, look VERY off.

i love it. the other Archans look gay. especially the galactic one. it says "my nails are prettier than yours." i like the floppy ears and i especially like the shade of blue used for the eyes.
Sorry, I didn't even recognise this species when I logged on just now. The head is disproportionately small to the body and the nose is not broad enough....I'll be sticking to my galactic archan.
I think this one is okay... I think the head is disproportionate to the body and the ears make it look like rabbit. 
Otherwise, it's good.
The color of the flames is the best part. =-O
It reminds me of orientalishness for some reason. =P
