March and Frye: Nope, it isn't new exactly, but yet it is, sort of, as there was only one on the site, and that one was most likely just an old Admin test one or something. So, nope, no lazy art day; it was drawn at about the same time as the Chemicals, by the same artist... I have no idea who.
