The hollow doesn't just have the items in there its random when it restocks and what item it restocks..It restocks one item.. once a day or twice a day and its all random..

I just tried at 15 mins and then 30 mins and it wouldn't let me back in. So maybe it's different for everyone.
I was banned and then 30 minutes later I checked and I was allowed back in. I am not sure if the time you are kicked out is less though...
