.... I miss the old one. I had so hoped it would go through. :/ I was couting down the days until it was released, and now I don't think I'll be getting one.

The old was was so... intense, if that fits. I adored the look on it's face.

Still, this is a massive improvement from the Old, and good job to the artist. c: You seem to have pleased a lot of people.

I like it... but in my opinion the front legs are a bit too think... maybe slimming them a bit??

I like the new better than the old - but the tip of the tail the way it 'hangs' looks like the tail tip got caught in a door and is broken. I agree with the ears looking 'like mouse ears' -- too big. The top part of the front leg that is behind the chest of hair looks like it is sticking out a bit abnormally compared to the other leg; maybe making the chest less fluffy would enable that bump on the top of the leg to be trimmed straighter. The nose seems very very wide, like a boomerang. I voted new with hopes of tweaking (I do not have a 'regular' tigrean, but am in love with my reborn tigrean and feel that the reborn smaller ears are more appropriate... please do not change the reborn version, it is truly awesome as is!)

At the risk of sounding redundant, the things that stick out the most to me as being off are the ears and the eyebrows. As have been mentioned, the ears look like cartoon mouse ears because of how thin they are, and how far they jut out from the head. The ears of the old Tigrean were perfect, in my opinion; carrying them (their design, I mean) over to the new version would be the best way to go. :3 Now, as for the brows... they're REALLY thick and chunky, which gives the face a very "caveman"-like feel. Moving the eyebrows themselves down and getting rid of that big "bump" would probably fix that.

The shading, stripes and tail look awesome!

The little "fringe" on the forhead looks a bit off, I would suggest removing the locks

Also, if the eyebrows furrow straight down instead of the slight curve by the nose/snout ridge, it would look even more deadly

All in all, a really great job!

all points i might have against this one where stated already... some even more constructive as i ever could.
all i can say is that i hope that Eckles does not change into such a sweet-tooth cuttie-cat as this one is... hopefully at least the (i fear upcomming) GY revamp manages to hold on his pride hunter look...
if i didn't own one of theese i think i could have like this revamp, the art is just stunning and georgous... but that playfull pose and overall expression is just against all Dr. Eckles ever meant to me.

For the most part I like it, but it just seems a bit 'busy'. Perhaps less curls would help. The toes on the left foreleg make it look as though it is not fully on the ground - yet the line of the leg and the shoulder seem to suggest it is indeed putting weight on it. To me, anyway.

If this did go through as is, I'd still be happy with it. Good job.

My only qualm is the marking under the eye-- it looks sort of old, with bags under its eyes, y'know? But I also agree that the ears are a bit too rounded~ Elsewise, great job! ^.^

No? Because with this way shading etc - the tail is curled and pointing unter the belly... it's not hold on the Tigreans site. ^^
Well, i realy love the shading and the stripes. Especially the stripes! =D Dislike just that the furr an the front lookes like divided into two curls (the upper one alone would have been enough?) and that the head is tilted... like it's saying: 'whut?!???' - it's way too cute this way, no longer a predator...

If anything ever needed a revamp, it was the Tigrean. XD

Now, it seems to me like the white part of the belly goes a bit too far up.. especially near the foreleg that is closest to the viewer. It makes it look like the torso is rotated in a funny way. Which also makes the far shoulder stick out a bit awkwardly. But other than that, it's a 4000% improvement. Oh, and maybe the white tip of the tail should go in front of the foreleg, rather than behind it?

thank GOODNESS it's getting a revamp. I like it very much so far, expression especially. However, as some people said before, I think it;d be nice if he were a bit.. longer, sleek and elegant, like cats are. He's kind of standing there like a horse. o.o

So pretty! I love the stripes, and the shading is just gorgeous. For some reason, the placement of the tip of the tail bothers me, but the rest I love. I'm glad the smirk is still there.

Oh, and I just noticed--did the artist who revamped the Sheeta draw this? The positions are kind of similar.

It looks like a mischivious (sp?) kitten. rofl. I like it and did vote for it but the fur looks kinda weird... all that black shading stuff... I mean, they aren't proper stripes! Heheh. Oh well.

there's something too harsh about the face of this revamp that I just don't like and the big.... Chest curls aren't particularly pleasing to me either. I like the shading, and the overall style of the revamp, though.

Wow... o.o This was a bit of a surprise...

Let's start with the anatomy of this beast. The actual shape of the Tigrean looks... short... stocky even. Big cats are known for having long bodies and aren't as short and stocky as Subeta seems to make their pets. You have room for a bit of elongation there but it's not THAT big of a deal...
Its hind quarters seem a little higher than its shoulders and as for its paws... Well not only is the forepaw closest to us (the viewer) slightly off (angle wise) but I think it would be best if it had four toes. You know, like normal animals? XD Three toes just looks... freaky. It was one of the first things I noticed and disliked so... If nothing else, maybe you could take more attention away from that if they were fitted with claws?
I also agree with Aicona* about the head. Why are they always turning to face us? It's not necessary. XD Also I note, big cats (like Tigers) can't really turn their heads like that nor do they have heads that highly mounted. We had this problem with the Telenine, remember? XD; It's not a horse so it's head should be that high up on it's shoulders... I really like the stalking pose of the Hydrus version. Despite its flaws, it actually looks like what a big cat should look like when it comes to level of the head, the length of the body and overall look.
Now about it's expression... No offense (and I mean that because I'm not trying to be) but it looks more constipated than fearsome/intimidating and it's also lost that evil, vicious, predatory expression as well. I think the angle of the head, the high eyebrows and the lack of a smirk is what's mostly to blame.
The final flaws I believe are the ears and the fur on the chest. First the ears... I have to agree with everyone. While they are the right shape, they're too much like Jerry's (from Tom and Jerry) ears... Too high and way too big. -- The tuff of fur on the chest... is a little much or at least too defined. If it was toned down or maybe less defined without black outlining?

Now for the positive stuff. XD
The shading, while a bit busy is amazingly done.
The pose (aside from the head) is pretty well done. I like how the tail curls under.
And the stripe design is highly original and I don't think it interferes with the shading all that much, if at all... My only problem is that there's not enough of 'em! XD

Contray to what ever one else says, I think this tegran(sp) Looks perfect in every way. Its not meant to be one of our real world tigers, so why try to make it look like one?

The original sketch had four toes, but I changed it to three because the current one has three toes. Unless that isn't what you meant by "3 paws".

Agh. Well no offense to any of the artists, but I am not happy with this revamp. Not like It matters that I post this, but I feel like doing so anyways. The pose is so dynamic. All the coloring and shading is great like all the revamps, but this looks so boring, and it drastically changes (in my opinion) the Tigrean. I don't get the "mouse-y" ears, or why they have to have 3 paws now. I think the 3 paws makes it...creepy. I use to love the tigrean, and by the looks of it, this tigrean will win. just like any other of the revamps. x.x; Well hopefully the chibi tigrean wont be changed. He was changed once and I didn't like it, changing it again wouldn't make me happy. but again, subeta only cares about the majority of money spending players. Im just ranting..dont mind me.

I like it. The only thing I disagree with is maybe the the tufts of hair on the chest.It's a bit odd to me and the eyes look a little to angry,no no not the eyes..um..the arch...the eyelid? I'm not sure,but other than that I think it's great.

I think its GORGEOUS! I do wish the head were a bit bigger, as tigers (in the real world ) tend to have large, full heads. BUT, that said I think it is spectacular! I love the locks of hair, I love the detail, gorgeous!

It looks better than the old one, but I don't like the paws.

Good job on the remake. I hope that someone can re-do some of the other older pets soon, especially the Feli, Hikei, and Velosotor. They sorely need improvement.

Finally a good Tigrean. the hid claws throw me off, though. Say the Archan is more masculine while the new Tigrean is more feminine, will this lead to a Liger Pet? Perhaps call it Arigrean?

ok, the fact you guys put this poll up now is such a strange coincidence! I was thinking last night: 'I would so get a tigrean if they looked more like their plushie counterparts' as I got one out of a claw machine, and so then to wake up to this poll today, well, awesome. this version looks amazing! much more realistic and edgy, yet adorable at the same time. Overall I find this to be a good revamp of this particular Pet but I find a few things seem a little out of place. I must say that a few of these changes have been mentioned by other users. I must say that I love the stripe patterning it looks more natural so to speak.

The main thing that I see being an oddity for Tigrean is the ear shape, it is almost to rodent like in appearance instead of having that classic big cat shape in its original incarnation. I think the at the high curl of hair for the chest almost makes the chest look too shallow and I find the stance to unfitting for this particular pet, the tails under lap of the body and the positioning of the head reminds me too much of the posing for the revamp of the Escalade and the Terracoon.

I must say though that I love the face, and the facial expression that the Revamp has. Especially the eyes.

I would love this a lot more if the head was blown up and the ears shrunk.

My only other comment is that it seems to have gotten much younger looking than the original. And it seems to have been squeezed into the canvas- it doesn't look very comfortable standing that way.
