Yes September but what if you lived far away from the beach somewhere in Riverside Valley...or Sacred Lands..they have icy beaches. But..I guess you wouldn't expect someone who lives in the Sacred Lands to have a WADING POOL...or maybe people don't like the fish smell at the beach? XD These are really cute. Maybe I'll buy some for my pets.
