Site Updates

First, there are some items / images / pets that may not be loading. If you have an item that does not load, please post a comment on 's profile, let him know what page it is on. Please clear your cache if you are having difficulty getting images to load. DO NOT make a bug report on this, it will just get deleted, as its not a bug in code.

Missing accounts

Some of you may have come to find your entire account mysteriously vanish. Not all is lost! Please create a new account, and immediately sMail the name of one or more of your old pets, your pin number, if one was set, and name at least three items in your inventory. Also, include how much sP you had on hand and in your sP vault. Do not create any pets/play the game on your new account, all items will be lost when your old pets /items are transferred to the new account.

Fan Site UPDATE
All fan sites will notice that their item/pet databases are now giving red x's. This is because our pets and items were moved from subeta.net/items and subeta.net/pets to subeta.net/images/pets and subeta.net/images/items, please make these changes accordingly on your fan site.

A large sum of bug fixes went through recently, however, some new bugs may have unknowingly been created. Please be patient while we filter through the site to find and rectify these errors. Thank you.

i agree with another person, theres no place to put a comment on davids profile and i know he and the other staff must be very busy.

I cant see any of the items on my wishlist, the items in the wizards quest dont show up, the little random items on the top right of the page dont show up, the slots game goes to a blank page, the scratchcard place takes my points and never gives me a card.. and thats all i can think of at the moment.

Other than that the site has been performing well, i dont mind the missing pictures much. Less lag in loading pages but i hesitated to say anything about them until you got some of the people who had accounts deleted back to normal. I feel sorry they had to miss out on restocking and games for a while.

Thanks for working on it. But...um...the little banner at the bottom of the page is continuously in the center of the page, making getting to things difficult. I know I'm probably not the first to mention it, but yeah.

I think most people are being fairly patient. That being said, thanks for the update. It's good to know that some accounts have been restored and progress is being made.

Yes some have had their accounts returned to them. They are working as hard as they can. You need to be patient. Miriam2204 also said that if David's box is full, that you can send your info to Keith.

Penelo, I agree with you and I don't expect his inbox to be cleared until he has taken care of all the mails he has currently. I was more curious to see if anyone had gotten their account restored yet. At least that way we could see that progress is being made.

soulpariah, i'm in the same postion as you. It's just my thought, i but think that david won't clear his box till all the people that have smailed him first get their accounts back. and then many other people will be able to smail him etc. that's what i would do

It has been over 48 hours since this news post was made and I was just wondering if anyone has actually had their account returned to them yet?

Personally I'm still stuck trying to send my info to a full inbox. I am curious if anyone has been successful in getting their account back or if we are all still just waiting.

Davids inbox has been full for days- isn't there someone else who could help him out with the missing accounts? I've also been trying to smail him my info and no luck. I'm thinking it would have been better for one person to handle missing accounts and someone else to handle the missing images. That is too much for one person, plus I feel like the missing accounts are more important and should have priority. (and I would feel that way even if I did not have a missing account.)

I just am here to thank David. You were nice and helpful to me when my account disappeared. I know you must be stressed with all the people trying to mail you. Hang in there. I have faith in you and will wait patiently for you to return my pets. And thank you to the rest of the staff for working so hard to get everything back to normal. Your work is appreciated by me and many of the others I know. I wish you luck as I know it must be hard. Thank you all. For now I am content in talking to my friends and working on art of my pets for their return.

Serious and Lady, those glitches are known. In fact there are boards in 'help' covering them, even on the first page.

The scratchcard glitch has been since before the update, and it is covered in the "Bugs and Glitches" forum, as will be/is the toywiz banner glitch.

They already know. ;D

I have also noticed that for the past day and a half (approx.) the "ToyWiz.com" banner has been sitting in the middle of almost every page and has covered up my access to my left sidebar (i.e. Pets, Preferences, etc.), as well as my sp "Deposit Button" and my "Accept a Friend" button. It has also interfered with the "Search Shop" results. Is it Gremlins...or something more sinister????

The staff is going to get your account back, and are trying hard at it. I think that is as fair as it gets.

They just shouldn't complain about minor, pre-known problems like the wizard-quests is all. Like HiddenAgenda said, the missing accounts are the priority.

Yeah, I need to 'side' with Zachie. I'm not concerned with whether I can do Wizard Quests or do any gaming. Right now there's so many people without their accounts, my Fiance being one of them, and I'd much rather see everyone get their stuff returned to them, and their accounts functioning, than worry about something like Wizard Quests. The lost accounts are the priority. And I'm willing to be patient.

Yes, that is a bug, but you can easily fix it by deleting your cookies. If you don't know how, well Google is your friend.

Thanks for saying that Zachie. It is quite annoying to see everyone complaining about not being able to do quests and what not, when there are some people who can't do ANYthing and are sitting here just hoping that they will get all of their stuff that they lost back.

I just hate lookign through these comments and seeing stuff like "ooo wheres the oekaki!?!" or "the images aint working!", etc.

Additionally, THEY KNOW about the toy wiz banner. You've started like 20 help-boards and commented it like 20 times here, they flipping get it.

I can understand posting your account infos here, but try instead to send it to a user admin in hopes that they can forward it to David or simply wait for his inbox to open up.

Stop complaining about wiz quests.

Currently they are probably working on getting our accounts back for those of us who lost them.

They'll reset it when they are done.

So stop complaining.

Also, most all graphics errors are reported already. Including humanavie troubles/wishlist items not working/waebol and a bit more. They already know, so stop. Why do you think comments (on David's profile) are closed now, anyway?

Sheesh. Get a grip. Put up with a few red X's and lack of your precious quests, and let those of us unlucky ones get our accounts back up and running.

Ryusaurus, they're probably working as fast as they can ;; It is annoying that the new server crashed or whatever, but i think they're doing all in their power to resolve this quickly.

Like many others my account has gone missing. Name: Paintz.
Names of pets:
Capture the graveyard paralix
Jakei the cream popoko
Reset the galactic illumis.
And seven others.

In my inventory I had a fairy doll (pink I believe), A neon computer, and some wiz tokens, etc.

In my vault I had 4.3 mill sp about. I also had some map pieces and old holiday items.

In my gallery I had a buntle, a dillo, etc.

I had just sold a bloodred mermaid top.

My human avatar was wearing spectrum beads, a kitty collar, striped stockings, and a heck of a lot more. I also had a bazillion clothes in my wardrobe that I'd be devastated if they weren't restored.

I also had a lot of smails, some of which were a roleplay between Kitestar and I. I also had art commission info there. I desparetly hope those are restored as well.

ALSO, I had just recently gotten a gold account. I don't want to pay for that again whether through sp or real money.

I can't see my human avatar. )= I tried deleting it and creating another one, but I still can't get it to work... also, it seems the items for wizard quest aren't loading, and for the easter egg game, I could've just forgotten, but it says I've played today and I'm pretty sure I didn't.

Itempictures do not load in on the wizzard quest page. The wizzard himself is vissible.
