It was broken for the last week or two. 
The item shown is in the Subeta DB list for Blackheart hollow items, so not sure what the news post is about.
I don't get what's new. Looks the same to me - is there a new item rsing or something?

I stopped checking the Hollow months ago when there was never anything in it, but what's the shadow thing about? Maybe just to remind us that it's there?

ive gotten 4 things from the hollow, Phoenix Chancellors thing, 2 Battle Crows, and the Eye of the Tigrean book...i want more

Guys, these restock maybe once or twice per day I should imagine. The hollow restocks rarely and irregularly. Try going every half hour or so and you shouldn't get banned.

blah. I was carefully going there only once every 5 or more minutes, but I just got banned too. I'm giving up and going to bed. I guess I'll find out tomorrow if anything restocked and if there's any more chance of buying.

That happened to me earlier, but it goes away in about an hour...=/
It only takes about 4-5 refreshes! O.O
My ban is gone, so I suppose they only last about an hour, and still there is nothing there though.

Can somebody, who has been around for long, give us info on when, how long, what restocks there. Only today? is it over "Blackheart Hollow is again eclipsed with shadows!" ?
How often/year (?) does it happen, that it is open - for how many days(hours/minutes usually?

I have never gotten anything from the Hollow - nor have I ever seen it stock... This is all very interesting.
So it only restocked that very item and it's over now? Or what?
