The only reason I knew the last one was b/c I pay attention to the news and comments. I remembered the item Tategami's Severed Head and that we were allowed to change our user name a while back. Then I just checked the staff page till I came across the one I was looking for.

:/ Well then it really should have said 'username' not 'name'. Looking at her profile in the 'name' section it said 'chimaera, not tategami' which was what made be decide it must be just the name you were looking for.
