Please go to Preferences then Lookup Options and change the random numbers that have replaced your email address back to a totally unique email address. This is due to a recent upgrade and a new policy on duplicated emails. If you get an error message then your email address is already being used by someone else, so please choose a different one.

So...we needed a new email address...that wasn't shared by family...I used a cousins...because...well I don't know but I'm glad this happened because now I can switch back again...to my own email...why did I sign up w/ hers again?
