Whether things come back or not is basically dependent upon how many are sold. If only, say... a dozen are sold, then it will come back. If fifty or sixty are then it probably won't. It's judged by the number already in existence on the site the following year.

that's probably because we've all seen retired items come back (including at least one of those MC Valentines items ... I believe was out last year and came back) so there is no way in knowing for certain that this one won't be back next March 17th - over 3 million is already pricey (without knowing what it does), with what people ask after it's retired ... some won't mind waiting a year - if it doesn't come back then ... ya - watch the price SOAR (and watch people buy)!
I must say ... I do like a good Shillelagh though

owell I already have a freeze item from the MC but i'll hang on to this until it retires and price goes up.. and if it never does owell I'll just keep it in my pets treasures..
since the battledome or whatever you wanna call it is still broke I don't think it will be anytime soon that we find out just what this item does..
and all I gotta say is it better not be a 1 time use only then disappear for good item.. for over 3 mil that would be insane.
