Actually, if you look at the whole... thing (to avoid hinting), there could have been two possible formats before that extra word was added to the question. And some of us are paranoid that way.

It wouldn't matter because, as I already said, the answer would still have been the exactly as shown one, as otherwise there would be to many possible answers. And Cronk only eats one thing. It didn't say what type of things does Cronk eat; it said what does Cronk eat.

Yes, the answer format is always exact name as shown unless otherwise specified because there could be too many possible answers otherwise.

I've also found the answer but don't want to risk getting the format wrong. I suppose this would be really hard to supply a hint for though, without giving too much away.
