Tigerell, you're opinion (And, it is an opinion) is based on your own personal experiance.

The entire stock system is handled by arrays, and data that makes sure that more low-rarity items stock, than high rarity items.

There are far more r90-r98 items in shops all the time ,than there are r99's.

Same goes for r1-30 vs 40-50, or any other low/high group you can come up with.

Erm is it only me that realises the more stuff that seems to become available for a shop to stock the less 'low rarity' stock appears

Sufficive to say that for a long long time a lot of R90 to R97 actually has appeared in stores (and around the site) less often than R99 items do (and I think R40 to R60 stock in some stores more frequently than R1 to R25!
