Ok, so I must be completely daft...I don't understand Blackheart Hollow at all. I go there and it's empty, of course, I refresh once or twice and then I'm told I am banned....?!?!?! How are you supposed to get anything if you can't even refresh?

I believe you use Wizard Tokens which would make sense since they are trying to bring down the price of them. But it seems to be sold out already.....
