you gotta buy them from users shops or at the trading post. Earlier you could get them by clicking on ballons but that event is finish now

I have no idea if we can still get it, I'd like to know too because I have a few friends who weren't on during the celebration. I know I was really lucky, I decided myself to open a goodie bag just a few minutes before it ended and I was lucky to get the avatar with my first bag

I have to say...between all the great people here, all the fun yesterday and today, and now I come in and see this lovely gift of sP...if anyone ever doubted as to whether or not this is THE greatest petsite on the planet, nods, those doubts are forever erased. ^^

I keep opening goodie bags and nothing, haven't gotten anything from teh balloons themselves either. My sis got hers from opening her first bag, grrr. Really want that avie? Will it retire forever after today, I'd hate to not get it, esp since it is so based on luck

I got it on my 5th goodie bag that I bought (never found any) and after gutting my vault and selling things for less than they were worth, just to get it before the bags went up in price.

Kinda wish I had known there was another way to get it other than spending over 400k on goodie bags. Oh well, I would never have been lucky enough to get it just by popping a balloon anyways.

It doesn't have anything to do with the bag, so don't waste your sp. I got mine from popping a balloon and getting a regular item (a plushie). I'm guessing it is random when popping a balloon.

Weird... my hubby got the avatar without opening a goodie bag... He said he got it when he popped a balloon. The balloon had a nicole richie (or however you spell it) plushie in it. I'll have to find some of those bag thingies.
