There's the heart plush and the heart plushie, I believe to get the avatar it's the heart plush that you need to buy, it's pretty rare, I only restock one once and it's in my collection of plushie right now

Yes, the heart plush does stock in plushie parlour. That's where you buy it to get the avatar.

I just checked the subeta DB and most of the plushie hearts dont even restock. Only one or two of them and they are r80+ This one will be really hard to get.
