I cleared out the flags. I want you guys to actually use them properly. Here is how I think they should be used.

Green Flag -> User is having problems, like lets say they make a bug report. We can green flag the account so that we can easily come back to it later.

Yellow Flag -> A yellow flag can be used to mark accounts that were red flagged, or for users that have been recently unfrozen on a 'probationary' type status.

Red Flag -> Mark suspicious accounts with a red flag. If they are no longer suspicious, then unmark them.

Finally, remove flags for frozen accounts, the flags on frozen accounts are not nessecary, they are frozen and the reason is displayed on the page, so yeah. I want to be able to flag users and come back to them, but the list is so enormous that it is impossible. So. Start using it properly, don't flag people as a joke, it just gets in they way ;)

Well it was so difficult to go through so many flags, most of which were not even suspicious users.

Yes, thank you very much for the clarification. I will add this to the Staff Wikki.

Unfortunate.
I had suspicious accounts marked as red, already. And no recollection of their usernames. Ehh.

Ahh, well.
Thanks for clarifying.
