T_T I got it wrong. I considered reversing the word 'it' but there have been past trivias (which I'm not going to go search for since it was maybe a year or more ago) which asked to 'spell it' which people thought would be a trick and actually spelled 'it', then got upset that it wasn't a trick... (Gah, too many its in that sentence!) I guess I shouldn't have assumed

Even if adding quotation marks would have made it 'easy' - it's a matter of making the actual answer it turned out to be correct. As others have said before, of course.

Call me a whiner if you will, but I took time to get the answer I got (doesn't matter HOW long it took) only to find out it was wrong because "Haha" the question was a joke - so yea, I can be upsett if I want to be.

Of course, everyone makes human error... so noone should be making any snide/nasty remarks about them just for a lack of quotations - I'm against that too. >>

Ah, don't feel stupid. xD I fell for it too. :S

...But on an argumentive (is that even a real word?! xD) note, The question was:

Blah blah blah. "Now take the answer and reverse it."

It doesn't say take the answer out, and reverse it; it doesn't say reverse 'it'. It states to take the answer you got and reverse it. So I hardly think this was fair.

Two things to say:

1) If you ended up with the answer "Moonfighter", I don't see why it took y'all so long. (Just find a list of all the presidents. takes 5-10 minutes, max)

2) Oh stop yer whining. If she had said "it" it would have been far too obvious, and then mess up the whole point of the trivia. Remember, it was Moonfighter's Revenge.

Note: I got it wrong too, so yea.

This is wrong.

If it said "Reverse 'it'", then "ti" would be the answer, but it said "Reverse it", reffering to the noun that is presented before.

Any grammar-school student knows that when you're referring to a word and not the meaning of the word, the word belongs in quotation marks. But asking someone to reverse "it" would have been fair, wouldn't it?

Actually that was kind of ignorant to do, there's been past trivia's that have said for the answer put: (whatever) meaning the direction on how to put in the answer, no the answer itself. So really everyone who guessed Moonfighter was just following the directions of the trivia.
