Why are there two 50HP Healing Potions? They have the exact same name, but different rarities and are apparently different items.

Saze, I think because one is for in battle, and one is for out of battle.
And, NUclear, my guess is that these are infinite use out of battle healers...Its cheaper for some to splurge on a potion, like for me the 500HP one, then spending 8-9k every time to heal at the RIverside Valley. But, for those who only spend 1-2k, its cheaper to go to the vallery.
