Paralix Gentle Revamp!

Into the mountain waters of Shenkuu it went, and out it came a new paralix! Which paralix is your new favorite?

I don't mean to sound ungrateful but the old version has a lot more detail and looks more...present as where the 'new' one looks a bit too dressed down. The eyes on the new one is nice though and he slightly lifted tail kind of adds something but otherwise in my view the Paralix looked fine as it was.

I don't have a Paralix in this fight, but I prefer the old look. I'm excited to see some new art altogether (wild) and colors that are lacking for certain pets.

BUT, I will say, it will grow on me in time. It is good art, and wayyyy improved over what was initially proposed back in 2021.

Not a fan, Paralix really didn't need any kind of revamp. It looks better than what was proposed a couple years ago, but it's still not one I'd have picked. I dunno, I'm just still personal to Keshi's Paralix and it's hard to adjust to a revamp when I felt hers was the definitive take.

The old one looks more in motion, love its high left front paw, fiercer look, ears in line, shading... The only thing that is better on the new one are the teeth.

Just want to point out that pets are worked on by various artists and some things aren't released right away! I'm no artist, but I feel like the gentle revamps take less time than a completely revamped pet. As a user, I always get excited about anything pet related (those wild pets!!!!), even small things like a gentle revamp. As an admin, I can watch the progression of art and sob over how long it'll be until a thing gets released.

Aww they look so snuggly! I agree with Banana; the Nuclear one's coloring is SO much better now! I also love the glowing effect on its eye.
