ive tried removing this skin so many times in so many different wardrobes... i have the skin unlocked, my avatar has been regressing in stages, healer says i'm full zombie, vip says i can't get reinfected because my first is still developing??? not sure what i'm supposed to be doing here tbh

I've just got my second event pop up saying my strain finished developing, my avatar is still infected with a previous stage of Cozy (at least it's only one and it's progressing...). I guess now I just wait for this bugged third instance of the strain to fully develop and hope I still have enough time to grab a second skin and not glitch it.

tried to clear on vips page, but couldn't! spent 1m and nothing.

what!! awesome that you can restore it!

i will assume my infection vanished bc i was naked on healers page and on VIPs page said i was still infected.

what left me confused is seeing the skin unlocked.

i am.om.mobile though and kumos is...sigh... cant see the events. will be sad if i end up losing time on the same infection.

sorry for the double comment - now appears that Pleasure skin has been unlocked in the wardrobe. This didnt update on my HA on legacy or kumos.

HA is still showing stage 2 of Fresh. The infection page shows that I am infected and unable to sign up for another skin.

Pretty sure I picked Pleasure as my strain a few days back. Think I should've already unlocked the skin. Come on today to see I'm stage two of Fresh.

Went to the healer to restore Pleasure, it says "Your Pleasure infection has been restored at stage 6! It will continue progressing from where you left off." - My HA hasnt updated and no notification to say the skin has unlocked.

Ooh! it's on the left side bar, at the bottom, under "back to sacred lands"! Pretty sneaky!! I was looking at where the infection window normally is But now I got two stage overlays on at the same time, and meanwhile, my avatar at the wardrobe looks clear of all strains and Cozy is still unlocked. so idk if that's better or worse jabdjbhd

There should be a message right above your HA that says: "Pssst... come closer. I've been hearing whispers that some infections have been mysteriously vanishing. If you've lost yours, I might be able to help restore it." And then you click: "I should be infected, right?"

My friend said it wasn't showing up for them either so I'm not 100% sure what could be causing or how to fix that. I'm sorry :(

Well, try to remove my stage 4 stuck skin ( i see i have the skin in my wardrobe) isn't working. Went to the programe page. remove for 1 mill. still stuck in stage 4. and 1 mill gone. This is really fun this event

I gave in and cured for 1m. Yay!

In the new Kumos wardrobe, in the skins tab, if you hit 'apply' to a skin you can then 'remove' it in the same location. Doesn't seem to help with stuck skins, though, because I tried many times.

You need to go to whichever skin you're wearing and hit the "Remove" button at the bottom. For example, I just finished Pleasure, I went over to page six of my skins and clicked "Remove" right below it.

Okay, I tried signing up for the new wardrobe and removing it there but it still didn't work, even with hard refreshes. Guess it's stuck for now.

Where in the kumos wardrobe I can remove the skin? I can't find anything there to click on that says remove skin.

For those confused, when you go to the Healer, there should be an option that says "I should be infected, right?" that you need to click on. Next, you find your infection on the list and click the "This One" button next to it for her to restore your infection.

Once your skin is unlocked, go into the Kumos wardrobe and remove the skin. Even though your avatar is bare, the site will say you're still wearing it. If you're still using the legacy wardrobe, there appears to be an issue removing the skin. You can either wait for Keith to fix it or you can cure yourself over at the VIP if you don't want to wait to start your next infection.

same here, Cozy is unlocked in my skins, went to remove it and sign up again and it's acting as though I am still infected.

I'm having the same issue as Synth - earned my Cozy skin, went to wardrobe to remove and start fresh, but can't sign up for a new skin as apparently I am still infected. :s

unsure of what to do... I should be at stage 4 or 5 of cozy but I can no longer see my virus progression, it just shows a normal version of my HA, and when I go to the healer it just says "I could feel you coming, this is a strange virus. Below is a view of what you look like at the moment.." and it displays a normal human HA with no other options. when I go to the VIP page, it still says I have cozy. confused about what I should do now as I don't want to be stuck here missing out on other strains.

I completed the hearty skin and started fresh but the hearty came back at stage 4 and won't go away. I can't find any place in the kumos wardrobe to clear the current skin so went back to legacy and clicked clear & wear multiple times. So frustrating. Sure hope this gets fixed soon and the event is extended so we can get all the new skins.

Ok....I went to the Healer and it shows my HA with stage two of Fresh and the Crack Head skin. I went to the wardrobe and I don't have any skin on. I click on Clear Current Skin under the skins tab and then Wear and it says Updating on Site and then goes back to the Wear button. However, my skin still isn't being taken off of my HA and I'm still stuck at stage 2 of Fresh, which is not a problem is I could get this Crack Head off.

My infection appeared as gone, when I go to the healer she says: "Oh No! I could feel you coming, this is a strange virus. Below is a view of what you look like at the moment.." and shows me an image of my normal human skin. And there's nothing else in the page. The old wardrobe has the skin unlocked and I can equip it, on the kumos wardrobe (that I just checked for the first time ever!) I can find the skin in the wrong category (other instead of zombie) and the Cozy skin is unlocked but it shows up blank. (broken image on preview and when applied)

Mine didn't disappear but my strain seems to be a few stages behind on Kumos. On Legacy, it just finished (I had Hearty) and although the final stage was broken on my HA, it showed as unlocked in the wardrobe, so I went ahead and "removed my skin" and made a new uninfected HA so I could sign up for a new strain. However, the VIP page is saying I'm still infected, and here on Kumos my HA is still stuck on a previous stage of Hearty. Will this fix at the Healer sort out the mismatch I have going on between the sites if I go through with it or just mess something up in a new way? I should be done and ready to move on with a new strain so I don't want to be "restored" to only halfway through my first one...

I got this earlier, Your zombie virus has fully matured! You've unlocked a new skin - check your wardrobe to equip it!

I went into my wardrobe to remove it, but when I hit the wear button it didn't put my HA back to normal. I went back into my wardrobe serveral more times and put the skin back on and then remove it again and hit the wear button with the same thing happening. It is like my HA is stuck in stage 6 even though I got the event about it being fully matured and it showing with a green check in my skin section.
