The Seasonal Quest Shop has gone peak cozy for the season. There are no new items in this shop, just all the old winter items.
BE AWARE OF SUDDEN SNOWBALLS. You can purchase snowballs to throw at other users using the snowtapult until Survival!
There haven't been any new Quest Shop items for months now, IIRC the reason given was because of the quest revamp over on Kumos meaning the quest shop will be removed or revamped or something eventually. I'm disappointed too (Especially since I hate the Kumos ver of quests and don't understand why they're being revamped at all) but it isn't a new thing.
I love being able to catch up on items from the last couple of years! and today's special gift at the cottage was so cute! thanks for all the hard work u guys do <3

By the way, to add to my previous snowball tip I would also like to point out that if you don't want to bother other people it also counts if you throw snowballs at yourself. I used to throw icy snowballs at myself all the time. :D

if i recall correctly, all items pre-2009 are grouped in the "2009" category. so you can get 2008 and older items from that category.

What I wish with the old Melody items is that we could go further back than 2009. Most of the stuff from the current years I lost/sold I was able to buy again, but a lot of the pre 2009 items are atrociously expensive now. Those were also some of the best items IMO
I'd be fine with old Melody items if I didn't get duplicates repeatedly. Melody typically gives unique items throughout the month, so it would be nice if it could be tweaked to make sure I'm not getting the same items day to day. My preference is to commit to a single year and get every item throughout the month for that previous year. But it's a little late for that.
I just read every comment, but am I the only one happy that we can get the old melody gift if you were off the site for some years? I mean, I understand that for some users it isn't very pleasant, but for others, especially new users, it can be wonderful. And okay, the items from the millionaire center is a little bit upsetting. The staff are doing their best. Please just enjoy the holiday, maybe next years it will be more extra, only time can tell to be honest.
But I also agree with one comment, taking suggestions from the forum can be a wonderful idea

Please take the purchase timer off the snowball emporium. Year and year again it is the reason I do not participate. I don't think anyone has time to babysit the shop and buy them slowly one by one. T__T

I love the Icy Snowballs, they make a beautiful ice crown. I got the achievement by having 2 1/2 size windows side by side buying in 1 & tossing in the other. Good luck to all.
