Is it normal for Cursed Effigy to not drop any loot after Win 10? Or is it a low drop rate? I got to win 15, and got nothing for wins 11-15 besides 40 exp for each?

That can happen when you double click the 'See Results' button at the end of the battle. The items should still appear in your inventory though.
