I made it so that UA's+ can see user passwords on the user panel.

This should help you handling multiple accounts, as most of the time they will have the same, or similar passwords.

Also, it'll help with users who dont remember their passwords that you help.

Let me tell you now, that if this is abused, or I find you handing out passwords, etc, I will have you banned from the site ASAP.
