Yeah, while I was dealing with the crazy weather, was sick, so he was like, yes, we can delay while you deal with water, haha. Things happen! I promised y'all more communication about things and I'd like to think I'm delivering on that for things I have a hand in. I understand people want to fight again and want more updates, but there's a line between constantly saying the same thing versus actually getting new information like the January 28 post had.

We posted on January 28 about the reset -- it'll be down until this Sunday. There's no reason for me to do another news post about it unless the opening gets delayed, which it won't be! and I are almost done, we're having a final check in tomorrow (this got deleted when I edited my post WHOOPS).

Regarding only checking comments - yes I said I only check item post releases for about 15~ minutes after. There are generally no issues with item releases, but sometimes things don't show up (like that cash shop book). I'm obviously around longer for holidays because there are hiccups for things.

yeah I live in the PNW and it got hit hard with snow and then ice. I'm the staff person that had their apartment flooded.

The reason people post a global non-reset of dailies here is, that it's the only appearance of staff on site with hopes, they will look back in here a few minutes after posting. Because, just like last week, nobody reacted to the actual properly posted forum thread cry outs.

also i understand wanting updates but people are always posting irrelevant comments about updates on news posts.... can't we just celebrate the stuff thats coming out?? artists are not the ones working on all the stuff you guys are complaining about, so can we not drag down them coming out with a completely new pet for us with things that aren't even relevant? the fact that an AWESOME NEW URUBU is coming out does not mean that the battle stuff or whatever else people are on about isn't being posted yet

Y'all, this sites staft is both p small and there's whack weather/the aftermath of said weather in the US right now, give the staff some grace, yeah? P sure at least one staffer had her entire place flood, that's not really quick to bounce back from.

On the actual topic, yay more urubu! The hydrus pets aren't my bag, though someday I think it'd be cool to get one and then do some sort of custom overlay anglerfish boar.

Sometimes when you go into the Subeta map page, you'll see Merana appear in the upper left. Click on her and she'll give you a quest to complete, after which she'll turn your pet into a Hydrus pet.

Ive kinda given up on getting any communication lately from staff about things..which stinks because the communication used to be pretty good when things failed to happen. like what even was the point of the community advocate or whatever it was called, when even they arent even helping to keep us in the loop?

Great, we're getting a new pet/colour - hoping, that at least Hoarfrost will bring us some Ice creatures, which didn't appear this winter season so far.

Yet, much more pressing, thx for no reaction/mention, what about the reset?!?!?
