Yeah, unfortunately, I can't do anything about the points. If you fill out a ticket, you'll still get what was meant for you for this past card! UAs can see the purchase and if you didn't get the points, they can give them to you.

just so you guys don’t feel like you’re yelling into the void, i have the issue with loyalty points when buying csc too and they’ve told me via ticket that they’re aware of it and to just keep submitting a ticket it when it happens.

I don't really notice how all this works, I just go to the cash shop and see my points. I think I had all of them (spent) accounted for, at any rate. Anyway, cool there's a new Reward Card =)

(Update: My ticket has been addressed too. But I do keep having this issue consistently.)

I completely understand the executive function issue 😔 The only reason I even remembered this time is because I made the purchase specifically for the points. Often I forget.

(As an update, I was able to get my loyalty points via ticket. Not sure what caused the delay in the first place, but it's been fixed.)

Yeah, I’ve been consistently facing the same issue as and have, and I haven’t even made a ticket for my last two CSC purchases, yet. My ADHD brain doesn’t have the executive functioning ability to do that in any sort of timely manner. (;–;)

Yeah, and I always buy CSC through the recommended Cash Shop Credits method, but I always have to file a ticket for my points. Usually the ticket response is quick anyhow so, while it's not optimal, I don't generally mind filing the ticket and waiting but currently my ticket is unassigned and Sunday looms ever closer.

I think perhaps the loyalty card release should be postponed until CSC-related tickets are answered, considering some of us bought CSC specifically to finish-up our current loyalty card.

I'm in the exact same position and kind of baffled. I've never historically had problems getting my Loyalty Points after a purchase- it's usually immediate. So when I went in yesterday to spend my last $10 to finish my card, I didn't expect to still be here waiting, with an open ticket pending response.

😞 I hope it gets resolved before the new card. Not the end of the world, but a bummer.

I have a pretty consistent problem of buying CSC but the loyalty points don’t trigger; I always have to file a ticket. Sure enough, I bought CSC yesterday to finish off my reward card and received no points. I made ticket as usual but with the new card coming tomorrow, I’m worried it won’t be resolved in time to complete my current card 😅 Could you help, perhaps?

Did you ever make it so that you could get stamps from ANY purchase of CSC? Because the last few times I bothered to buy it I didn't get anything.

Yay, I'm excited!! I always get a lil bummed when I max out both my cards and then I have to wait for a new one to earn more points. Every time I buy CSC I think "oh... all the lost LPs..." ;P I can't wait to see the new items!!! c:

Nope! Points don't expire so you can totally hold off using them until the new round of items come out Sunday. Sunday just means a new card will come so you'll have to fill up the stamps again!
