Legend has it that a long time ago, Shinwa banished an evil sea witch to an unmarked island, to live in isolation because she was becoming far too powerful and cursing SubetaPets left and right. Recently a brave explorer found his way to this island, and had complete maps showing his entire journy. Soon after he returned to Centropolis to tell everyone what he found, he went missing.

However, his map pieces are floating around the site, and you might find one at anytime! If you decide to approach the island, I would advise caution. There may just be an evil witch, practicing her evil magic. You wouldn't want your pet to get brainwashed by her!

hmm... They look more white than glowing. It must be hard to do. Who has manged to do this? I have only seen one person with the pets....

To answer your question, Desert, the tentacles aren't quite white--they're glowing; similarly to deep sea octopi, which are bioluminescent (which is the sea creature it draws from).
Also, similarly to the bioluminescent spots on both the charlie as well as the telenine.

There REALLY COOL, but... I don't like the tentacles on the charlie. Could they AT LEAST of been the SAME COLOR???? They clash with the rest of the pet. Or they could of been blue, simbaling water. Why white?
I <3 the telenine, execpt for one little detail that I can live with: the ears. They look more like Montre ears, in my opinion.

I still cannot get over that Charlie's eyes. Those are amazing. I love the Telenine too but there is something about the way Tater draws Charlies.

But they're evilness is what makes them so awesome! There's too many pet sites out there with too many happy go lucky pet colors.... its good to have an evil demented color.... And besides, the malority of Subeta's pet colros are already happy.

I love the charlie too XD That one tentacle looks 3D almost. That's sexy. Both are very nicely done. Both artists did a seriously good job.

Its also a color that is extremely hard to get, and you have to work very, very hard to get.

Someone shouldn't just be able to pay $30 to get whatever they want on subeta.

The brown is a perfectly fine color and more original than the usual blue/green which is associated on other pet sites. The thing is, the ocean floor is sand/dirt and this makes it perfect for predators to slink around. :3 So I guess our Hydrus are predatory. They surely look like it!

The brown with the pearly blue/purples and fins/scales/HORNS(=LOVE) makes for a lovely, unique color/body alteration. LOVE. IT.

those new pets are strange but i want one but those map pices confuze me is everyone on subeta going to find them so the island will be so everyone can go there or only if you get all the map bits
