Congrats, what a sweet memorial! I lost my German Shepherd very suddenly after I moved away for college. It's a devastating and numbing experience. My wife told me where they are from, it is believed that someone does not stop existing after death. Your relationship with them undergoes a transformation and it is a new dynamic that you two explore. It's brought me some comfort. I hope you can find some peace in it too ♥
